The Ride of My Life

Woosh! Whoa! Slow down. Then we creep along the track straight up in the air. Prepare… Creep… Prepare… creep… tension builds. The last day, we teeter at the top of the track with nothing but clear blue skies in every direction. Ah, Beautiful. It feels like we are floating on air. We can’t see the tracks. Only “blue skies ahead.”

There is Hope

My mind scatters and every distraction matters.  I didn’t even sit down to start this week’s post until three in the afternoon on Sunday.  My mind raced from subject to phrases.  It is dark inside me.  I don’t enjoy sharing that part of me.  I prefer to be positive in my writing.  It’s been a tough few weeks.
